Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
Because every cake at CakeVir is baked fresh specifically for your order, we begin preparation immediately after confirmation. This means we are unable to accept cancellations under any circumstances.

Why We Have a No-Cancellation Policy

Our bake-to-order model means that the moment your order is confirmed, ingredients are sourced, and our bakers get to work. Cancelling an order at any stage results in fresh produce going to waste and lost effort by our team.

We believe this model also benefits you: because we don't stock pre-made cakes, every cake you receive is guaranteed to be fresh, not sitting in a display case.

Before You Order

We encourage you to:

Double-check your delivery address and pincode before placing the order.
Confirm the delivery time slot that works for you (12:00 PM – 11:58 PM).
Review the cake size, flavour, and design on the product page.
Contact us on WhatsApp before ordering if you have any doubts or special requests.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if CakeVir is unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., ingredient unavailability or operational issues). In such rare cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
