When Are Refunds Applicable?

At CakeVir, we take great care in preparing and delivering every order. Refunds are only issued in one specific scenario:

Refund is granted if the cake arrives damaged.
If your cake is damaged upon delivery — smashed, tilted, or physically compromised in a way that makes it unsuitable for a celebration — you are eligible for a full refund or a replacement at our discretion.

How to Claim a Refund

Take clear photos of the damaged cake immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 73855 88887.
Share the photos along with your Order ID.
Our team will review and respond within 24 hours with a resolution.

What Is Not Covered

Change of mind or taste preference after the cake has been delivered.
Damage caused by mishandling after delivery (e.g., dropping the cake).
Minor variations in decoration that do not affect the quality or taste of the cake.
Claims made after 2 hours of delivery without prior communication.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
